“Win a Unique Culinary Experience”<\/strong><\/h1>\n

1. Organizer<\/h3>\n

The contest is organized by\u00a0Il Teatro<\/strong>, a restaurant operated by the\u00a0Grandio Group<\/strong>\u00a0(hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).<\/p>\n

2. Contest Period<\/h3>\n

The contest runs from February 2nd<\/sup>, 2026, at 12:00 a.m<\/strong>. (ET)<\/strong> to March 13th<\/sup>, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET)<\/strong>. The draw will take place on March 16th<\/sup><\/strong>, 2026<\/strong>. The Organizer reserves the right to change the draw date and time in the event of force majeure.<\/p>\n

3. Eligibility<\/h3>\n

The contest is open to anyone residing\u00a0in Canada only<\/strong>, aged\u00a018 or over<\/strong>\u00a0at the time of entry.
\nParticipants under 18 must obtain prior authorization from a parent or legal guardian to enter the contest and accept these rules. The Organizer may require proof of such authorization. Failure to provide proof will result in disqualification.
\nEmployees of Grandio Group, its partners, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.<\/p>\n

4. How to Enter<\/h3>\n

To enter the contest, participants must:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Take a selfie or photo using the official online contest platform<\/strong>, accessible on the dedicated web page (https:\/\/ilteatro.ca\/en\/contest-italia\/);<\/li>\n
  • Grant access to their phone, tablet, or computer camera to generate a customized photo;<\/li>\n
  • Provide a valid email address<\/strong>\u00a0to receive their photo and be automatically subscribed to the restaurant\u2019s newsletter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Only one entry per person is allowed.
    \nParticipants may earn\u00a0an additional chance to win<\/strong>\u00a0by sharing their photo on social media with the hashtag\u00a0#IlTeatroExperience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    No purchase necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    5. Entry Without a Compatible Device<\/h3>\n

    Participants who do not have access to a compatible device may still enter the contest, though the process is intentionally demanding to maintain fairness:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Send a handwritten letter including the following:\n
        \n
      • Full name<\/li>\n
      • Complete mailing address<\/li>\n
      • Phone number<\/li>\n
      • Valid email address<\/li>\n
      • A motivation letter of at least 250 words<\/strong>\u00a0explaining their interest in Italian cuisine and why they would like to win;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Include a clear photocopy of a government-issued photo ID;<\/li>\n
      • Send everything via registered mail with proof of delivery to the following address:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Submissions must be received no later than February 28th<\/sup>, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (ET)<\/strong>. Late or incomplete entries will be rejected. Manual validation may take up to 15 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Prizes<\/h3>\n

          The following prizes will be awarded among all eligible participants:<\/p>\n

          Grand Prize (1 winner): <\/strong>A private feast for 10 people<\/strong> at Il Teatro, an approximate value of\u00a0$2,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          All prize are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/p>\n

          Any unclaimed prize within\u00a0three (3) months<\/strong>\u00a0of the draw date will be considered forfeited.<\/p>\n

          7. Draw and Prize Distribution<\/h3>\n

          The draw will take place on March 16th<\/sup><\/strong>, 2026<\/strong>. Winners will be contacted by email and phone within five business days. Winners must confirm acceptance within seven days, failing which an alternate winner may be selected.
          \nWinners’ names may be published on the Organizer\u2019s website or any other promotional platform.
          \nBy entering the contest, winners authorize the Organizer to use their name, city, country of residence, and image for promotional purposes, without compensation beyond the prize awarded.<\/p>\n

          8. Data Protection<\/h3>\n

          The information collected is required to administer the contest, validate entries, award prizes, and send the newsletter. Any false or incomplete information will result in disqualification.
          \nParticipants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided.
          \nParticipants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting their eligibility.<\/p>\n

          9. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

          The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Technical issues preventing receipt or reading of entries;<\/li>\n
          • Internet connection delays or incompatibilities, hardware\/software limitations, or any other circumstances beyond its control;<\/li>\n
          • Any other incident preventing a participant from successfully entering the contest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            10. Acceptance of the Rules<\/h3>\n
